These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Online Clipboard (the "Service"), available at bestonlineclipboard.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Online Clipboard is a free tool that allows users to temporarily transfer text, images, and files between devices using a randomly generated 6-digit code. Content is automatically deleted after 24 hours. No account or registration is required.
You agree to use Online Clipboard only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access to the Service for any user found violating these Terms, without prior notice.
Because the Service does not use accounts, we cannot verify who sends or retrieves any piece of content. Anyone who obtains a valid 6-digit code within its 24-hour window can retrieve the associated content. You are responsible for sharing codes only with intended recipients and for the accuracy and legality of anything you transfer.
All content submitted through the Service is stored temporarily and automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. We do not guarantee retention beyond this window, and we are not responsible for content that is lost, expired, or retrieved by an unintended party who obtains the code.
Files are limited to 20 MB. We reserve the right to change size limits, supported file types, or other technical constraints at any time without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk, and we recommend against transferring highly sensitive information such as financial credentials or confidential legal documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Clipboard and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to content after expiry, or unauthorized retrieval of content by a third party who obtained a valid code.
The Service is supported by advertising, including third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense. Ads are served according to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Service will be resolved in accordance with that law.
